I just remembered something.
I have mini-donuts.


The battle of Chef Smith and Iron Chef Cat Cora was an intense episode. They were able to come up with plenty of concoctions with the secret ingredient of grapes.
Grapes.
I’m just kind of baffled at how many ways they can incorporate it.
At one point, they just make some sort of grape slurry with the standing mixer, added liquid nitrogen to it, did some other stuff, and actually made grapes.
You’d think a person would be inspired by their culinary ingenuity and skills to make something more than just a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese…
i don’t find very many sweets that i want to eat but when i do i want every last one of them.
I think I’ll be baking these next…
