Going through the motions of everyday life can be tedious, but noticing those small moments makes this journey conspicuously captivating.

What is Sleep?

Sleep is the most wonderful time of day.

Sleep is where you’re supposed to fall into a deep and fluffy cushion filled with relaxing thoughts and random dreams. It’s a safe haven, your own corner of the world, a time to reflect on anything and everything. It’s arguably one of the greatest feelings I’ll ever have…

… At night.

I remember when I get a full 8 hours of sleep from 11 PM to 6 AM. I want to wake up early in the morning, stretch, maybe go to the gym and start the day right. Instead, I find it harder and harder to get out of bed. I think it’s mostly because I keep waiting for the end of the day to happen and I end up prolonging it and knocking myself out at a super late hour.

I think it’s time I start implementing my curfew again…
